1. Parties
This contract is concluded between Gourmoco (Seller) and the customer who purchases the service via the website or sales channels (Buyer).
Legal
Distance Sales Contract
This contract governs the sale of Gourmoco digital services through remote channels.
2. Subject
The subject is the sale and delivery of the Gourmoco digital subscription service and related add-ons.
3. Service Information
The selected plan, billing period, and included features are specified on the pricing page and order summary at the time of purchase.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are listed in TRY unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
5. Delivery and Performance
The service is delivered digitally by activating the Buyer account and providing access within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days if the service has not started. If the service starts upon the Buyer request, the right of withdrawal is limited.
7. Termination
The Buyer may cancel the subscription for the next billing period. The Seller may suspend service in cases of non-payment or misuse.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are subject to Turkish consumer law. Consumer arbitration committees and courts in the Buyer residence are authorized.
