After payment confirmation, your account is activated and access credentials are sent to your registered email within 24 hours. Your dashboard becomes available immediately after activation.
The service starts once access is provided. By using the dashboard, you acknowledge that the digital delivery has been completed.
If the service has not started, you may withdraw within 14 days. If the service has started upon your request, the right of withdrawal is limited; you may cancel for the next billing period.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
